FOR RESIDENCY
Our program participates in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) and accepts applications exclusively through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) from the Association of American Medical Colleges. An ERAS application requires three letters of recommendation, a transcript and a Dean’s letter. Based upon review of the application documents, applicants are invited for interviews with our faculty and residents. Interviews this year will begin in late October. The Resident Selection Committee, composed of resident and faculty members, determines the final rank order list based on a scoring system with academic records and personal interviews weighted equally.
We seek residents who are well prepared for our training program, both academically and personally, and who show evidence of genuine interest in the welfare of patients.
